Katrina Halili signed a five film contract with Octo Arts Films, and she is eyeing by Robin Padilla to be his leading lady in Robin’s upcoming television series with Manny Pacquiao, Totoy Bato. There is rumor that Katrina Halili’s next big project is Angela Markado.
The Annual Bench’s Fashion Show event, Blackout was attended by both Kapuso and Kapamilya stars as models and audience. Richard Gutierrez, Dingdong Dantes, Katrina Halili, Alessandra de Rossi, JC De Vera, Ehra and Michelle Madrigal, Jay-R, Bubbles Paraiso, Margaret Wilson, Marco Alcaraz, and Francine Prieto are the Kapuso stars that strudded their stuff as they walk on the cat walk at Bench’s Black Out Fashion Show. The Kapamilya star models include Jake Cuenca, Sam Milby, Diether Ocampo, Gerald Anderson, Kim Chiu, Enchong Dee, Zanjoe Marudo, Jon Avila, John Prats, Rayver Cruz, PBB teen housemates: Robi Domingo and Ejay Falcon, Bruce Quebral, Kian Kazemi, Valerie Weignmann, Angelica Panganiban, Sarah Geronimo, Shaina Magdaya, Rica Peralejo, Iya Villania, Christian Bautista, Rachelle Ann Go, David Chua, and Ryan Eigenmann.

The Star for all Season and the current governor of Batangas, Vilma Santos attended Christy Fermin’s birthday last Tuesday, July 22 at Metro Bar. Ate V short for Vilma was asked by PEP reporters about the remake of her film, Miss X, which stars Katrina Halili and directed by Gil Portes under Octo Arts Films. PEP reporters asked her if she will be doing a cameo role in the remake of Vilma Santos’ film, Miss X. Ate V or Vilma Santos decided not to do a cameo role because Ate V is busy handling political affairs in her province, Batangas. In my opinion, ate V doing a cameo role in her own movie is not ideal for her showbiz status. Come on, she is the Star for all Season and she is only going to do support role for Katrina Halili. I don’t think so…

Katrina Halili, the star of GMA 7′s Magdusa Ka and the well known villain, Angelika Santibanez in Marimar, signed a multipicture deal with Octo Arts Films. Katrina Halili signed the contract last July 22 at Guilly’s Restaurant in Tomas Morato, Quezon City. Katrina Halili will be starring in two films: One Night Only and remake of Miss X. One Night Only is a film about 24 people staying in a motel for 12 hours; it’s a sex comedy film. It looks like the film is based on Breakfast Club. In this movie, Katrina Halili will be joining Angelica Panganiban, Valerie Concepcion, and Roxanne Guinoo. Katrina Halili will be starring in the remake of star for all season’s Vilma Santos film, Miss X. The film is about an Asian prostitute living in Amsterdam. FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the Philippines had an event last July 17 at Word Trade Center. 100 Pinay Women both from Kapuso and Kapamilya channel walk the cat walk and strut their sexy bodies at the event. Newcomer, former house mate of Big Brother Celebrity Edition, and former beauty queen, Riza Santos was on the number 18 spot at the FHM 100 Sexiest Women in the Philippines Event. According to PEP article, Riza Santos snubbed (at INARAPAN) three GMA Kapuso Stars: Katrina Halili, Alyssa Alano, and LJ Reyes while dressing up at CR (Comfort Room or restroom or bathroom). Katrina Halili, the 2 time number 1 FHM Sexiest Woman in the Philippines in 2006 and 2007; star of Magdusa Ka in the afternoon block of GMA 7, reported the incident at STARTALK. Riza Santos denied the entire story, but I’m smelling that she is GUILTY…
